Project 3 Fold: Radius Church, Volunteers of America Florida (VOAF), and Horton Early Childhood Development

Project 3 Fold is a collaborative partnership among Radius Church, Volunteers of America Florida (VOAF), and Horton Early Childhood Development. These three independent organizations have joined forces to establish a unified, multi-purpose community campus in St. Petersburg, FL. By integrating affordable housing, early childhood education, performing arts, and wraparound social services into a shared environment, we are creating a permanent destination built on dignity, stability, and tangible care.
