OUR VISION
A Campus Designed for Whole-Person Care in St. Petersburg, FL
In Partnership with Volunteers of America Florida (VOAF) and Horton Early Childhood Development
Our goal is to serve the social, cultural, educational, and spiritual needs of local residents in one shared location. The campus brings together essential resources that empower families and strengthen neighborhood vitality across four core pillars:
- Affordable Housing & Wraparound Services: A 90-unit residential facility featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments operated by VOAF. The integrated Nonprofit Hub delivers on-site support services, job readiness training, and emergency assistance to help residents thrive.
- Early Education & Family Support: An expanded early learning facility operated in partnership with Horton Early Childhood Development, with capacity for up to 120 children (ages 1–4), providing quality care, outdoor play, and greater flexibility for working parents.
- Arts, Culture & Community Gathering: A flexible 400-seat theater and worship center equipped with professional acoustics. This facility will host church services while also serving as a shared venue for local theater companies, school performances, and civic meetings.
- Direct Community Outreach: Serving as an anchor for ongoing support services, the campus will provide food distribution, youth mentoring, counseling, recovery support, and disaster relief in partnership with local agencies.
